Delivery Policy
We deliver hand-tied arrangements across the United Arab Emirates, by our own team wherever possible. This page explains how delivery works; the fees and times that apply to your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we deliver
Enter the emirate and area you are sending to at checkout and we will tell you immediately whether we cover it, what the delivery fee is, and which dates and time windows are available. Coverage and fees vary by area.
Delivery windows
You choose a date and a time window at checkout rather than an exact minute — the courier's route on the day determines when within that window your flowers arrive. Some windows carry a supplement, which is shown next to the window when you select it.
Each area has a cut-off time for same-day and next-day delivery. Once a cut-off has passed, that date simply stops being offered, so the dates you can see are the dates we can genuinely meet.
On the day
We deliver to the door. Please make sure the recipient's telephone number is correct — our courier may call to arrange access, particularly for villas, gated communities and offices. Anything the courier should know (a gate code, a reception name, the best moment to ring) can be added in the delivery notes at checkout.
If the recipient is not available, our courier will attempt to reach them and, where it is safe and appropriate, may leave the arrangement with a concierge, reception or neighbour. If we cannot deliver at all we will contact you to arrange another time.
Sending anonymously
If you choose to send anonymously, your name is not shown to the recipient and our courier will not disclose it. Only the gift message you wrote travels with the flowers.
If something goes wrong
Weather, road closures and building access can occasionally delay a delivery. We will keep you informed if that happens. Where a delivery fails for a reason on our side, our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains what you are entitled to.
